Frustrated with efforts to work with the VA? I have some good news for you.
Dear Mr. Strickland:
I just ran across your website and the section on "International veterans," and your call
for experience and knowledge in this area.

I am an accredited claims agent recently authorized
by VA's Office of the General Counsel to assist, prepare, and represent veterans
and their claims before VA. I also reside overseas, in Germany, and specialize
in representing veterans who reside abroad. Except for someone in the
Phillipines, I am the only one who resides overseas that is actually accredited
by OGC.
The service organizations are present over here but are mostly near the military intallations, and, therefore, practically unaccessible to the average veteran living on the local economy. Furthermore, I have done some in depth checking and the so-called service officers of these organizations that are listed on their respective websites are NOT accredited by OGC (they are not listed on OGC's searchable list). Thus, they are operating illegally when they say they can represent a veteran. Also I have run accross some of these so-called service officers, and let's just say I was less than impressed with their knowledge of the VA claims systems and their rules and regulations.

Competent representation for veterans living aboad
is non-existent. Therefore, I'm trying to get the word out about my
FREE services (I normally don't even charge a fee on an appeal
either). I currently represent veterans residing in Germany, Austria,
Switzerland, The Netherlands, Norway, Italy, France, Poland, Thailand, the
Phillipines, New Zealand, and Australia. I also represent numerous veterans
