The purpose of the review was

administration and quality management (QM). During the review,
we also provided fraud and integrity awareness briefings to 408
employees. This review focused on six operational activities.
The medical center complied with selected standards in the
following three activities: (1) coordination of care, (2)
medication management, and (3) QM. We identified improved care

So, what gives?
Was the report ever posted?
Likely.
Was the report posted and then
removed? If so, why?
The Salisbury, NC VA has had its
share of troubles. And, Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), is the
Ranking Member on the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs.
Was this Burr's doing?
Or, did VA officials have
something to do with this?
After five days ... there should
be something there for the public to read ... that is, if the VA
wants the public to read the report.
